Ship-In Instructions – Personal Items

Send us your gear — if it’s metal, wood, glass, acrylic, stone, or leather, we can probably engrave it.

• Glassware and barware
• Dog tags, metal cards, and lighters
• Tools, flashlights, and EDC gear
• Cutting boards, plaques, and signs
• Awards and acrylic displays

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEM
1. Place your order on the site.
2. Write your order number on a note and include it in the box.
3. Pack your item securely with padding.
4. Ship to the address provided in your order confirmation using tracked shipping.

TURNAROUND
• Most personal items: 5–10 days
• Large or complex pieces: 10–14 days after we receive your item

GUARANTEE
If we make a mistake on the engraving, we will rework or replace the piece when possible.
If the wrong instructions or item were sent, additional fees may apply.
